Keep in mind we will only accept returns or exchanges before 30 days. If you would like to return or exchange items from your order please see the instructions below. Keep that packing slip!
For returns or questions about your order everything you need is on the packing slip enclosed with your items. It has your order number, line items, and return/exchange information on the back. The return and/or exchange process is filled out by ticking the appropriate boxes, and if you think it’s necessary, leave us a note about what needs to be done!
At MoA, we pride ourselves in the wide variety of custom items we offer. With that being said, please review your personalization and custom order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. Custom items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Custom items cannot be exchanged for sizing so please review the sizing charts prior to placing order. To return custom items please contact 1-800-309-0849 and speak to a customer service representative. Please have your order number ready and they will take you through the proper channels for returns on custom items.
The Returns and Exchange Process
Enclose all items eligible for return or exchange with your packing slip filled out and mail it to:

Your package will go directly to our returns department and you may receive a call from a customer service representative to follow up on the order and discuss refund options for your return or confirm any other information about exchanges needed.
You will not be charged shipping for us sending you your exchanged item(s) but you do need to cover the cost of shipping to send it to us.
Sale and Clearance Items
Every now and again our products are reduced in price and have limited quantities available. Because of limited stock and reduced pricing all sales are final.
