Your satisfaction is our goal. If you’d like to return or exchange an item please read the policy below.

MOA Returns Policy:
- You may return your eligible merchandise to MOA for a refund or exchange within 30 days.
- All Sale and Clearance items are not eligible to be returned. (Prices that end in .97)
- Oversized and Heavy items are not eligible for free returns, return shipping will be deducted from the credit unless it is exchanged.
- Apparel items must be returned in the original packaging with tags in their original condition. Any signs of wear will cause the product to be returned to you and no credit will be issued.
- Footwear items showing wear are not eligible for credit and the original shoebox must be returned in its original condition.
- Original shipping is not eligible for credit unless defective.
- Custom items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
- Every Milthin order is designed to your specific needs, making it a custom order.
- No need to worry after you ship your exchange/return we’ll issue a credit within 3 days of arrival and we’ll call you with any questions. It may take your bank or credit card issuer 3-5 days to post the credit.
- Free gifts with purchase must be returned with the original product.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
· Restocking fees are applied to cover the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking returned items.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due
to a shipping error or a defective item.
Refund Process:
· Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, minus the restocking fee. Please allow 7-10
business days for the credit to appear in your account after the return has been processed.
