PA GEN William Moffat-Reilly Medal

The Pennsylvania General William Moffat Reilly Medal Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This award is presented annually to the members of the Pennsylvania National Guard who, at the time of the presentation, shall have served faithfully therein for the longest continuous period of time. Previous recipients are not eligible for consideration a second time. This award was instituted by the will of General William Moffat Reilly, who died in 1896. The ribbon is the color white and blue and is ready to be worn on official uniforms. Pennsylvania General William Moffat Reilly Medal Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
