The Pennsylvania General Thomas J. Stewart Medal Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded to any member of the Pennsylvania National Guard who has attended 100 percent of all UTAs and AT during any training year, while assigned to any unit of the Pennsylvania National Guard, since January 1st, 1926. Formerly, subsequent awards were authorized upon completion of three and five years of 100 percent duty, not necessarily. Was authorized on June 22nd, 1931 by the state legislature, as recorded in Act 248, Sec 1, para (1), State Laws. The ribbon comes in a color pattern of light gray, gold, and navy from left to right. Pennsylvania General Thomas J. Stewart Medal Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
