OR Exceptional Service Medal Ribbon

The Oregon Exceptional Service Medal Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded for heroism or for service with distinction over an extended period (three to five years) in the Oregon National Guard or the U.S. Armed Forces. Members of the Oregon National Guard or Oregon National Guard Reserve; Army and Air Advisors serving with the Oregon National Guard, Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps reserve officers are eligible for acts or services performed while on duty with the Oregon National Guard. The exact date of authorization of this award is not known. This ribbon has gold ends measuring ⅛ inch with a middle color of royal blue that is 1 ⅛ inch wide. Oregon Exceptional Service Medal Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
