NV Meritorious Service Ribbon

The Nevada Meritorious Service Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded after three years of enlisted service, on or after June 1st, 1972, under the following conditions; individual must have been a member of the Nevada National Guard troop program unit, qualifying years of service must have been consecutive, the member must have exhibited exemplary behavior, efficiency, and faithful service, and completion of 90 percent attendance at all inactive duty training periods and attendance at AT and all calls to state active duty. Has basically the same authorization as the Medal of Valor and is ready to be worn on uniform. This has a color pattern of blue and yellow stripes. Nevada Meritorious Service Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar. To purchase this ribbon for yourself or a family member's shadow box, or display case, we require a DD-214 or other valid proof that this medal was honorably awarded.
