AZ Meritorious Service Medal Ribbon

The Arizona Meritorious Service Medal Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded for outstanding meritorious achievement or service by any member of the Arizona National Guard. An individual may be awarded to the DG of an Army service school or AIT course, or to the HG of an Air Force service school or AIT. Also by approval of the governor a member of the National Guard can receive this award. On October 30th, 1978 this award was authorized by Chg 1 to AZ ARNG 672-1. Comes in a color combination of solid green and two small white stripes on the left and right sides. Arizona Meritorious Service Medal Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
