AZ Distinguished Service Medal Ribbon

The Arizona Distinguished Service Medal Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This decoration is awarded for exceptionally meritorious service by any member of the Arizona National Guard in a position of great responsibility. Rewarded for acts of heroism, for attaining DG Status at the Army CSC, or HG Status from the Air CSC, or for other deeds and service as deemed appropriate by and with the express approval of the governor. On October 30th, 1978 this award was authorized by Chg 1 to AZ ARNG Pam 672-1. Comes in a stripe color pattern of red (5/32 in), golden-yellow (5/32), blue (17/64), with a bigger golden-yellow center measuring 7/32 inch. Arizona Distinguished Service Medal Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
