DE Governor's Meritorious Unit Award

The Delaware Governor’s Meritorious Unit Award Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This award is awarded to members of the Delaware National Guard unit that attend the training level objective prescribed for the qualifying year, achieve a satisfactory rating on the General Inspection with no unsatisfactory ratings in any sub-areas, and report an average assigned strength of over 90% per year, maintain not less than 90% paid drill attendance during the qualifying year. The ribbon comes in a color pattern of red, white, and blue stripes and is ready to be worn on official uniforms. Delaware Governor’s Meritorious Unit Award Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
