The Arkansas Federal Service Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded to members of the Arkansas National Guard who are ordered to active federal service for at least 30 consecutive days by the Department of Defense. The ribbon comes in a color display of red, white, and blue stripes and is ready to be worn on official uniforms. Arkansas Federal Service Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
