PA Governor's Unit Citation

The Pennsylvania Governor's Unit Citation Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This unit award is presented to those Pennsylvania ARNG units that display outstanding performance either during normal unit activities or during special duty assignments, such as emergency operations or field exercises. On August 21, 1973, this award was probably authorized by PMR 672-7. The ribbon has a gold and blue diagonally striped pattern with a gold finish frame around the ribbon. Pennsylvania Governor’s Unit Citation Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
