ME Adjutant General Award

The Maine Adjutant General Award Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This award is issued for meritorious achievement or outstanding service by members of the Maine National Guard. On May 2nd, 1980 this ribbon was authorized and statutory authority was subsequently granted by Ch 594, Sec 18, effective February 1st, 1984. On the left and right ends of the ribbon, it displays the color pattern of white (1/32 inch), red (¼ inch), white (¼ inch), and the middle is ¼ inch wide. Maine Adjutant General Award Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA by US Veterans. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
