OR Recruiting Ribbon

The Oregon Recruiting Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This award is presented by members of the Oregon National Guard or National Guard Reserve, not assigned full-time recruiting duty, who are responsible for the enlistment of at least five new members; to fill time recruiters in the Oregon National Guard who achieve at least 110 percent of the state-assigned recruiting for one calendar quarter; or to any person, upon recommendation of the AG, for a significant contribution that improves the strength and posture of the Oregon National Guard. On January 1st, 1978 this award was authorized and then was discontinued in 1984 and now a ribbon bar only award. Comes in a solid golden yellow throughout the entire ribbon. Oregon Recruiting Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
