The Iowa Medal of Valor Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. To date, this was a one-time award presented to the warriors interred in the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery, honoring all those whom they represent. This ribbon was created and presented for the unknown heroes of our nation. Comes in a color design of red, white, and blue and is a neck ribbon that is ready to be worn on official uniforms. Iowa Medal of Valor Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
