The Florida Cross Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This decoration is presented for recognition of extraordinary heroism by any member of the Florida National Guard, a civilian citizen of Florida, or Floridian on AD with the U.S. Armed Forces; or for exceptionally outstanding meritorious military service to the state or federal government. On March 30th, 1929 this award was authorized with GO 10. Comes in a striped color pattern of white and red throughout the ribbon and is ready to be worn on a uniform. Florida Cross Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA by US Veterans. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
