VT State Special Duty Ribbon

The Vermont State Special Duty Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded to any member of the Vermont National Guard for performance of a special duty subsequent to June 30th, 1969 on official orders under the provisions of Ch 21, Sec 366, Title 20, Vermont Statutes Annotated. On September 1st, 1972 this award appeared to be first authorized by regulation. The ribbon has a color design of green and gold and is ready to be worn on official uniforms. Vermont State Special Duty Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
