The Missouri Adjutant General’s Twenty Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. The Twenty Ribbon is awarded for exceptional marksmanship by active Missouri National Guard members who have actively competed in the State Combat Matches. Issued to those who place high enough in the competition, not to exceed annually the amount indicated in the following categories; Combat Rifle, 10 each; Combat Pistol, 8 each; Machine Gun, 2 each. On March 13th, 1985 this award was authorized by EO of the governor and promulgated by Letter G1, dated June 11th, 1985. The ribbon comes in a color pattern of white (1/16 inch), blue (5/32 inch), white (1/16 inch), blue (3/32), white (1/16), yellow (5/32), white (1/32), and a red middle that measures 3/32 inch. Missouri Adjutant General’s Twenty Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA by US Veterans. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
