The Maine Commander Award Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This award is presented for outstanding service by members of the Maine National Guard. Award may be made to those who meet the following criteria. MOS/AFSC qualified; attendance at 95 percent of scheduled assemblies, no disciplinary actions, outstanding service,safety and awareness, and civic activities. Comes in a multicolor pattern that lines up and measures from blue (3/32), white (3/32), red (1/16), and yellow in the middle (¾). Maine Commander's Award Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar. To purchase this ribbon for yourself or a family member's shadow box, or display case, we require a DD-214 or other valid proof that this medal was honorably awarded.
