The Kansas Medal of Excellence Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is for members of the Kansas National Guard who set themselves apart from others in combat by putting their life on the line and displaying heroism in their actions. This ribbon comes in a blue and white striped pattern from left to right and is ready to be worn on official uniforms. Kansas Medal of Excellence Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
