AK Community Service Medal

The Alaska Community Service Medal Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry state ribbon. This service ribbon award is issued to recognize a special contribution or continued service by any member of the Alaska National Guard, NM, or DMVA to that member’s community or the state of Alaska. This award was ranked above DER before 1987. Comes in a red and white stripe pattern and is ready to be worn on an official uniform. Alaska Community Service Medal Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
