NY Aid To Civil Authority Medal

The New York Aid To Civil Authority Medal Ribbons is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded for performance of any duty in aid by individuals of the organized militia, as ordered by the Chief of Staff to the Governor, IAW GO 20, dated August 1922. On August 10th, 1922 this attractive, high-relief ribbon was authorized by GO 20. On the ends displays the color black that measures 9/32 inch, the second part of the ribbon is the color white that is 9/32 inch, and the middle is gold measuring ¼ inch. New York Aid To Civil Authority Medal Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
