The Hawaii 1968 Federal Service Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded for active federal service on May 13th, 1968 with a unit of the 29th Infantry Brigade, or at least 90 days of federal AD service after ordered to active duty on May 13th, 1968 and honorably separated therefrom. On February 1st, 1971 this award was authorized by GO 3. The ends of this ribbon is green measuring 7/16 inch, followed by red (⅛ inch) and yellow (1/16 inch) stripes, and a green middle that is 1/16 inch. Hawaii 1968 Federal Service Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
