VA Perfect Attendance

The Virginia Perfect Attendance Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded for satisfactory completion of two consecutive years of perfect attendance, subsequent to January 1st, 1984, by any members of the Virginia National Guard. This includes attendance at all scheduled IDT assemblies and AT periods. On November 1st, 1983 this ribbon was authorized by VaARNGR 672-11/VaANGR 900-8. The ribbon has red stripes on both ends measuring 3/16 inch, followed by white stripes that are ¼ inch, and a blue middle that is 5/16 inch wide. Virginia Perfect Attendance Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar. To purchase this ribbon for yourself or a family member's shadow box, or display case, we require a DD-214 or other valid proof that this medal was honorably awarded.
