PA Meritorious Service Medal

The Pennsylvania Meritorious Service Medal Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded for meritorious service rendered to the Commonwealth by any member of the Pennsylvania National Guard, NM, SG, the United States Armed Forces or their reserve components, or by civilians, while assigned to a position of great responsibility. On March 16th, 1937 this award was authorized by the state legislature, as recorded in Act 28, State Laws. Comes in a striped color pattern of orange, white, blue, and yellow and is ready to be worn on official uniforms. Pennsylvania Meritorious Service Medal Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
