The Maryland State Active Duty Medal Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded to individuals of the Maryland National Guard personnel who were mobilized or ordered by the governor to help with relief in emergency and crisis situations. The color pattern of this ribbon consists of white, black, red, yellow, red, black, and white from right to left. Maryland State Active Duty Medal Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
