The Maine Ice Guard 98 Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded to members of the Maine National Guard who performed service during the 98 Ice Storm Mission and is a one-time award. This ribbon has a color pattern of white and purple stripes and is ready to be worn on official uniforms. Maine Ice Guard 98 Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
