The Indiana Long Service Medal Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This award is issued upon completion of 10 years of service by any member of the Indiana National Guard. On March 13th, 1953 this ribbon was authorized by the Indiana state legislature with the passage of HB 439, as recorded in Ch 187, Sec. 901. Comes in a color pattern that measures dark to light green (5/32), red to orange to yellow (7/32), green (⅛), yellow (3/32), and a light to dark to light green center that measures 7/32 inch. Indiana Long Service Medal Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA by US Veterans. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar. To purchase this ribbon for yourself or a family member's shadow box, or display case, we require a DD-214 or other valid proof that this medal was honorably awarded.
