Army Identification Badge Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention

The Army Identification badge for National Guard Recruiting and Retention may be worn by enlisted personnel assigned to authorized National Guard duty positions which require military occupational specialty 00E or 79 Delta, including personnel assigned to the United States Army Recruiting Command. Authority to wear this badge is withdrawn when the awardee is released from recruiting duty, although it may be retained as memento of successful completion of assigned recruiting duties. The badge has a silver finish, displays the Minute Man statue encircled by a green band with 54 silver stars. This is all encircled by green print reading “ARMY NATIONAL GUARD” above the statue and “RECRUITING RETENTION” below the statue.
