The Air Force Senior Airman Rank (SrA) is the fourth, and highest, enlisted rank in the US Air Force. A Senior Airman's responsibilities include being proficient in their technical abilities, developing leadership skills, supervising airman of a lesser rank, and completing a 6-week academic program at the Airman Leadership School (ALS).
