Air Force Master Sergeant Metel Rank Pin Pair

Air Force Master Sergeant Rank (MSgt) is the third Non-Commissioned Officer rank in the United States Air Force. Promotion to this rank involves a shift toward supervision and management of a larger group of subordinates, and a shift away from hands-on involvement in techinical tasks. The pin design includes three silver chevrons outlined in blue, an encircled star in the center, two curved chevron below the encircled star, and an upward-pointing chevron atop the pin. This rank is also know an the "first shirt" as this rank is the first Senior NCO tier. This rank pin is sold as a pair with a pin clutch backing and is 100% made in the USA. The pin measures 1 1/8 inches.
