Miniature Air Force Chief Aircrew Badge Mirror Finish

This Air Force Chief Enlisted Aircrew badge is miniature sized and has a wing style design. This USAF badge has an approved mirror finish and is ready to be worn on official Air Force uniforms. There is a 2 prong and clutch backing that will keep your badge securely on your uniform. The emblem on the top of the badge is what gives it a Chief status. While this badge is meant for uniform it would also be nice to wear on formal attire or even display it in your shadow box. The first version of this badge was issued in WWII. By the Korean War, senior and master versions were implemented. This wing is awarded to enlisted personnel who have 7 years of service and 60 months as an enlisted aircrew members. Airmen must have held a 5-level skill rating as crew members. The Air Force Chief Enlisted Aircrew badge is 100 percent made, handled, and inspected by US Veterans.
