Army Chief Warrant Officer 3 OCP/Scorpion With Hook And Loop

This Army Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CWO W3) rank insignia patch is designed for wear with the new Army OCP uniforms and meets all new regulations. This patch measures 2 x 2 inches, displays the Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP)  previously referred to as “Scorpion W2”, and is outfitted with a hook and loop back for secure attachment. The warrant officer rank was created to fill special positions required and greater technical skill and responsibility than a noncommissioned officer, but without the responsibility of command. Army Chief Warrant Officer (CWO W3) rank supersedes Army Warrant Officer  (CWO W2), is 100% USA Made,  and the insignia displays three black blocks on a gold bar.
