The Army Sharpshooter Weapons Qualification badge is awarded to qualified Army personnel who have earned Sharpshooter qualification on specific rifle courses. Additional qualification bars are suspended from the Sharpshooter Weapons Qualification badge to indicate expertise operating specific weapons. This badge may be awarded to personnel of the Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard who have met qualifications. This badge is 100% USA Made with a nickel finish, but is also available in silver oxide and mirror finishes. The badge design includes a cross pattée with a target superimposed over the center, as well as two small rings at the bottom for attachment of qualification bars.
