The Puerto Rico Occupation Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. This ribbon is awarded to individuals of the United States Military who carried out and occupied service throughout the aftermath of the Spanish-American War in Puerto Rico. On February 4, 1919, this ribbon was officially authorized and met regulations. Comes in a striped color pattern of red, blue, yellow, red, yellow, blue, red from left to right. Puerto Rico Occupation Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA by US Veterans. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
