The Naval Aviation Observer Flight Meteorologist badge is issued to personnel who are trained to perform duties aboard surface warships. To qualify for the Officer badge, one must qualify as an officer of the deck, small boat officer, combat information center watch officer, and must be trained in shipboard engineering, naval history, and damage control. This official issue of the United States Navy is regulation size measuring at 2 ¾ inches. Has a gold finish and displays an anchor in the middle of the badge with a wing on each side of the anchor. There are two pins on the back of the badge which will secure it to your uniform and this product is made in the USA.
