The Marine Corps Expeditionary Ribbon is awarded for landings on foreign territory and operations against armed opposition for which no specific campaign medal has been authorized. This USMC ribbon was instituted in 1919 and is still in service at present time. These ribbons are worn on the United States Marine Corps uniforms with Silver Letter devices. All ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. Marine Corps Expeditionary Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
