Where is Medals of America located?

MoA is located in Fountain Inn, South Carolina, which is a small town outside of Greenville, SC.  We only have one location and one building!

Is this company really veteran owned and operated?

Yes! We pride ourselves on our military heritage. Our founder, Frank Foster, is a retired Army Colonel, and the CEO, Lee Foster, served in the Army for 15 years. The Fosters have been a military family for 9 generations and the pride in their heritage carries over to Medals of America. Our Military Awards Specialists are veterans from all branches of the military and we have veterans employed throughout other operations. Medals of America strives to honor our military personnel in house and our customers.

How is my package shipped?

For regular ground shipping we use USPS for orders.  Any orders with express or overnight shipping is sent with FedEx.

Does MoA ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We will gladly ship to P.O. boxes and APO and FPO addresses! When sending a package to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address we cannot expedite shipping. 

What’s your return policy?

We are glad to exchange items or take returns before 30 days after receiving your items.  For more information on returns and exchanges click here. 

How do I know when promotions are running?

Customers subscribed to our newsletter are automatically notified about our promotions.  Signing up for our newsletter will enroll you in promotions and special offers.  Following us on social media is another great way to stay up to date with us, view new products, interact with us and fellow customers, and grab promotionals.

Do you have a store?

We do have a storefront for local customers to pick up their orders.   About 80% of MoA is warehouse and production!
