We compared 5 different entrenching tools from all the name brands and military issue. This one, far exceeded our expectations with the reenforced hardware at the joints, to the thickness of the metal. The smaller details that the other ignored really added up as well. We love the hard plastic case with alice clips and the thicker stamping of the serrated edges.
