CO Meritorious Conduct Medal Ribbon

The Colorado Meritorious Conduct Medal Ribbon is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry state ribbon. This decoration is awarded for extraordinary heroism or the saving of another person’s life, at the risk of one’s own, by any member while on active duty status not in federal service. The Meritorious Conduct Medal was authorized on April 3rd, 1931 by SB 251, Ch 124, Sec 2, and promulgated by GO 18, on November 13th, 1931. This ribbon comes in a color pattern of blue (¼), white (⅛), and red (⅝). Colorado Meritorious Conduct Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
