First approved by the Army Chief of Staff on 9 June 1968, the Parachute Rigger Badge displays a deployed parachute superimposed over a pair of outstretched wings with the inscription “RIGGER” at the center of the badge. This badge is awarded to individuals who have completed the prescribed course of instructions conducted by the U.S. Army Quartermaster School. The Parachute Rigger Badge is also available in mirror and black finishes. This badge makes a great addition to a shadow box display, which you can customize right here at Medals of America!
