Air Force Master Sergeant Rank OCP with Hook and Loop

Air Force Master Sergeant Rank (MSgt) is the third Non-Commissioned Officer rank in the United States Air Force. Promotion to this rank involves a shift toward supervision and management of a larger group of subordinates, and a shift away from hands-on involvement in techinical tasks. The embroidered design includes three chevrons in brown spice stitching, outlined in tan stitching, with an encircled star in the center and two curved chevron below the encircled star, as well as an upward-pointing chevron atop the pin. This rank is also know an the "first shirt" as this rank is the first Senior NCO tier. This rank patch features hook and loop backing for secure attachment, measures 2 inches x 2 inches, and is 100% made in the USA.
