Air Force Chief Master Sergeant wtih Diamond Rank is a unique Non-Commissioned Officer rank in the United States Air Force, awarded to Airforce Chief Master Sergeants serving as First Sergeants. Promotion to this rank indicates that a service member has exemplified characteristics worthy of the highest enlisted level of leadership in the US Air Force. The design is similar to that of a Senior Master Sergeant, displaying three downward pointing chevrons in brown spice stitching, outlined in tan stitching, an encircled star in the center, and two curved chevron below the encircled star. However, this rank patch also displays three upward pointing chevrons above star. This rank patch features hook and loop backing for secure attachment, measures 2 inches x 2 inches, and is 100% made in the USA.
