Aerospace Defense Command USAF Patch. Heat seal/Glue backing. Made in the USA. Aerospace Defense Command was a major command of the United States Army Air Force, responsible for continental air defense. It became part of the newly established United States Air Force in 1947. Active between 1946-1950; 1951-1980 March 31. It was disbanded in 1980.
