The R.O.K. War Service Ribbon was accepted by the U.S. Government in 1999. The Korea War Service Medal was established in 1951 by the Government of the Republic of Korea for presentation to the foreign military personnel who served on or over the Korean Peninsula or in its territorial waters between June 27, 1950, and July 27, 1953. This ribbon and medal can be awarded throughout all branches and is ready to be worn on uniform or displayed in a shadow box. R.O.K. War Service Ribbons are made by government standards and are military-approved. All of our ribbons come unmounted and do not come with holding bars which are sold separately.
