Vietnam Service Ribbon

To receive the Vietnam Service Ribbon personnel must have served in Vietnam on temporary duty for at least 30 consecutive, or 60 nonconsecutive days or have served in combat with a unit directly supporting a military operation in Southeast Asia. This ribbon was instituted in 1965 and given for service between 1965-1973. When worn on uniform this Vietnam ribbon is worn with bronze, silver star devices. Also can be worn on US Army uniform with bronze arrowhead device and with Navy uniforms with bronze Marine Corps devices. Vietnam Service Ribbons are made to the highest official government standards and uniform approved. All of the ribbons we have featured are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
