USA Adjutant General Corps Officer. Brightly colored and wielded in tradition the Adjutant General's Corps insignia is a silver metal and enamel shield and boasts 13 vertical stripes, 7 silver and 6 red; with one large silver stars and 12 smaller ones. The basic design of the Adjutant General's Corps come from the United State's Coat of Arms design from 1872. In 1964, the current insignia was approved. Measures: 7/8 inches. Officers wear this insignia on the collars of their uniform.
