The 2nd Nicaraguan Campaign Ribbon is awarded for participation in the Nicaraguan civil war and subsequent occupation. The (first) Nicaraguan Campaign award was for service in Nicaragua in 1912 and then officially established in 1929. This ribbon is given to service done in the US Navy or Marine Corps and to receive this ribbon you must complete service in Nicaragua or nerdy naval operations. These ribbons are worn on US Navy and USMC uniforms with other insignia on the chest of your uniform. All ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. 2nd Nicaraguan Campaign Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar. To purchase this ribbon for yourself or a family member's shadow box, or display case, we require a DD-214 or other valid proof that this medal was honorably awarded.
