Authorization from our customer service representatives is not required when making a return or exchange. Simply choose from the following options:
- For the fastest service, call 1-800-609-6003 Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm EST to request a Medals of America ASAP return. We’ll need to charge you for the new item, but we’ll ship it in 2 days—and for U.S. exchanges, we’ll waive the regular shipping charge. Once we receive your return we’ll issue you a credit for the cost of the original item.

- Complete the Returns/Exchanges section of your order’s packing slip. Secure your merchandise in the original packaging if possible, enclose the completed form, and mail to:
