Coast Guard E Ribbon No E Device

The Coast Guard E Ribbon No E Device is officially hallmarked by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. The Coast Guard “E” Ribbon was authorized by the Coast Guard Commandant on September 25, 1990. It is awarded by area commanders to provide visible recognition for personnel of cutters earning the overall operational readiness “E” award during Refresher Training. All personnel serving aboard their unit for more than 50 percent of the period during which it undergoes Refresher Training are eligible for the “E” Ribbon. Additional awards are denoted by 5/16 inch diameter gold and silver stars. Ready to be worn on uniform and can be placed properly with gold and silver star devices, if earned from subsequent awards. Comes in a color pattern of gold, white, and navy blue stripes. Coast Guard E Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar. To purchase this ribbon for yourself or a family member's shadow box, or display case, we require a DD-214 or other valid proof that this medal was honorably awarded.
