This is the same presentation case the U.S. government uses and is typically for Achievement and Good Conduct Medals but may also be used for service medals. It contains space for the full size medal, ribbon bar, and lapel pin. "United States of America" is printed on the lower right corner.
**These cases do NOT have the plastic bubble to cover the medallion.
