The Air Force Master Aircrew Badge is awarded to persons who have served 15 years enlisted and 120 months as an enlisted aircrew member. Airmen must have held a 7-level skill rating as crew member. The design of this badge includes U.S. Coat of Arms centered on a pair of outstretched wings, with a wreath encircling a star atop the Coat of Arms.
